Did not all the sanding drive you MAD?! Shocked
With the skewers I imagine you could have gotten a pencil sharpener, but with how many there are still...

I know it's a labor of love, either way. Big pat on the back for you.So few people do that anymore.

Wow, you and the dresser are truly amazing!  I love my grandparents so much, too, so anything they have they think is old and worn out, they know to give it to me b/c I will find new life for it! They gave me this "old dining room set" they've had since 1934 when they were newlyweds.  It's walnut, claw foot table and matching art deco buffet with original royal blue felt lining in it.  The thing is phenomenal looking.  I can't believe they didn't want it anymore!!  I think I love it to death b/c every time I sit down to dinner I think of how many times my grandparents did the same thing  Smiley  And what you did to that dresser is amazing! It didn't look that bad as a plain white dresser, but you turned it into a work of art.  I LOVE it.  This is, by far, the best remodeled furniture I've ever seen in my life... and soooo creative!  You should be proud!  I'm clicking "this rocks"!

Life isn't complete 'til you crochet a uterus for a friend.  Just make sure your fallopian tubes point down and not up! No one needs to lose an eye this way! Wink

I love personal swaps for small stuff (including Hershey Kisses!)! PM me for happy fun rockin' good times!

Ok, so this is the only post I've ever cried for. Not sobs but definitley a welling of the eyes.  I think its the beauty of the message and the piece that did it.  Or maybe its that time of the month.

lol

Anyway, great job and bless your gradmother!
