There is elastic in the neckband, to stretch over those huge toddler noggins, and just one waist strap that closes with Velcro.
It's a great size for 3-6 year olds, and they can do it themselves -- tyke is quite adamant about that lately. She's also quite adamant that no photos be taken of her.  Roll Eyes

Adorable!!  Wink Love the colors. I've been wanting to make one of these myself as I have seen this pattern as well.  This will be perfect for the age child I have planned it for. Thanks for sharing!!

That's adorable!  I made an apron for my 4 year old last year, but made it to use ties instead of velcro, etc.  I wish I'd thought of that...  I love the elastic in the neck too.  So much easier for the little ones!
