[edit] Just got home from prom 2 hours ago. MAN, IT WAS AWESOME DANCING IN THIS DRESS! I'M DEFINATELY GOING TO MAKE MY OWN DRESS FOR SENIOR BALL (I'M LEARNING HOW TO SEW THIS SUMMER). I think I'm gonna make a dress just labout 6in. longer --- close to make ankles. I ... don't know how I'd do in a gown. D:

how pretty!  and as an amusing side note, the dress you used for inspiration is the exact one my best friend wore to her junior prom.  anyway, great job, I myself have never been very good at gathering/pleating lace like you did, so kudos!
