Huh

I am not sure if this is the right section for this, but I am trying to get crafty and have enjoyed this site. So here goes I picked up a pair of Converse All-star type hightop shoes except these are looney tune and have a picture of Taz on them.  They were in the new shoe section, but the bottom area of the shoe which is usually white has become discolored and seems like the glue and alittle bit of the toe area of the sole is not in good condition and peeling.
I am a taz fan and I could not pass them up. How can i revamp them to make them wearable again?

There is this stuff called Shoe Goo that is used to repair rubber soled shoes:

I remember my dad using it years ago, and it worked well.

If the discoloration of the sole bothers you , I suggest trying to fix that before gluing things back together, though.
