Tonight I'm making South of the Border Bean Casserole over rice. Its so tasty. I have TONS of vegan recipes I love!

xanthia, your recipes sound great!  there was a thai curry dish at the end that just had the title, and now i'm wanting to make it...does it exist anywhere? thanks Smiley

I absolutely love cooking!, always vegan for me of course. this is my favorite recipe right now!

Jamaican Jerk marinade!
 2 cups chopped green onion
 1 cup apple cider vinegar
 1 cup soy sauce
 1/4 cup oil
 3 cloves of garlic, sliced
 1 jalepeno pepper with seeds, sliced
 1 1/2 tsp allspice
 1 tsp nutmeg
 1 tsp cinnamon

put it all in a blender and puree!!! then you can use it on tofu, seitan, tempeh, or i used it on veggie burgers and that was great too! ( i got it from the native foods cookbook, the best cookbook right now!)


oh thank YOU for sharing that marinade recipe!!! i cant wait to try it w/tofu!
