This is my first proper successful clothing recon, and I'm very happy with it. Sorry, no before pictures, but it was HUGE!

On with the pictures!

(Look at the skilled use of Paint... I looked rather ill/icky in that picture so ignore the missing head. Tongue)

(For those of you who noticed, yes, I am standing on top of the toilet..)

(Look! I didn't mess up the sleeves!)

[
(All the left overs!)

Grin The fabric is a little itchy so I'm thinking about some sort of lining for it, but it would have to be breathable and not too warm, stretchy-ish, comfortable, and not too bulky looking to have it underneath. Tricky... especially since I know nothing about fabrics and make everything up as I go along. Tongue

I think it looks awesome. you could always just wear another shirt underneith it such as a tanktop or a thin t-shirt to stop the itch. that would save you from having to line it.  Wink good job anyways it looks awesome.

Thank you very much everybody. Grin

worldinabox, thats definately an option I'll consider. If I have free time tomorrow I'm going to go look around a fabric shop and ask their advice.

That sweetheart, Regency-ish neckline is my favorite.  Excellent job--I will be looking at old man sweaters in a different light from now on.
