My DH asked me after I had finished yet another dress.
So this is what I made:

Baby blue self stripe pure cotton. Unironed after he'd worn it for the day.

More details on my blogger site:
http://bycat.blogspot.com/2007/04/baby-blue-mens-shirt.html

I figured he fit in the curvacious category too as it is a size 46.

Thanks
Cat

That's really good.

I gave up making things for my DH, just about everything I ever made for him was not right - I could only take some much complaining.  I gave up after spending hours making him a lined insulated jacket, had to meet certain criteria for my tech class.  He did nothing but whine that the sleeve cuffs had press studs in them, he had to undo them to put the jacket on and why didn't I put elastic in.  The jacket was meant to be dressy and I wasn't ruining the look by putting elastic in.

Oh, my, that's very nice! I used to make my sweetie the occasional shirt, and I remember, they're hard, and the inside is as finished as the parts that show.

Mim, whose sweetie still has one shirt she made him, but doesn't wear it
