paint MY name on the bathroom stalls.

This was actually inspired by my upset at how the politics of the universe are going, and by being bored at an arts school. My friends and I used to have a great time being nerds, and with being nerds comes humor, and with humor comes funky ways to make people laugh/make fun of them. You might be surprised how big a population of red-staters there are at an arts school (fer Pete's sake), but I do live in NE Florida. ANYWAY!

This was my 'Hey I'm bored let's rile some people up including my government teacher who knows where I stand and stands completely opposite' shirt. It's made from a Bush Cheney campaign sigh that I stole off the lawn (stealing is bad and I don't advocate it).

The front:

The back:

The gratuitous action shot:

It was simple to make. Slit hole in top, slit two holes on the sides for arms. I wore a shirt underneath and it was stifling hot, but then it is plastic. Great insulation though if you live in a Northern state!

Sarcasm is my best friend, and on-the-fly shirts are even better. I didn't do any sewing, but imagine the wonderful clothes that could be made out of campaign signs! Oh snap, I've inspired myself...

hahaha, nice!  i, too, appreciate riling people up, and that is quite an interesting approach.  i like it!!!  also, people always stick their shit on my lawn every time there's an election, so i may have to have some fun with this...hmm...

my current project is a hot pink "I Hate Feminists" shirt, i think.  i live in a VREY liberal/hippie/who knows what else town, so that should lend to some interesting results.

Haha... pretty much anytime you see me endorsing something (excluding bands and otherwise worthwhile causes), it's most likely in jest. I am a devout atheist, and a few years ago raided my mother (a devout un-atheist.. haha)'s closet for her Jesus clothing... and had some fun with that. My friends all laughed, but I had a lot of fun with the people were like 'duuhh... I like, thought you liked the devil.'

Fun times. Good luck with your project! I hope nobody stones you...:/

hehe

haha, thanks.  i don't know if people stoning me would put a damper on my enthusiasm or only encourage me.

the jesus clothing raid also sounds amazing.
