My favorite store is Cheekys crafters faire! They are awsome and have tons of quality handmade gifts and some craft supplies! They are located at 1464 Mt pleasant Rd in Chesapeake

The Wal-Mart in Williamsburg just brought their fabric department back about 6 months ago.  It is rather limited, but it's better than nothing!

Also, we just got a new JoAnn fabric and craft store in the New Town area of Williamsburg last summer.  It is really great, now I don't have to drive to Newport News to get craft supplies at Michael's!

The Grassfield Walmart off of Dominion Blvd. in Chesapeake just started carrying fabric again as well as the Walmart on Military Hwy. in Norfolk. Not sure about the other Walmarts in the area. Hope this helps.
