Check out these canvas shoes I customized. These are Wal*Mart converse copies, but at $30 less, it was worth not having the brand name! (I dont care about converse anyway, they just happened to be the only non-retiree-looking canvas shoes) They took me about two hours, maybe an hour each side. I simply sketched a doodle on with pencil, and then using fabric markers, a few finetip sharpies, and a little white acrylic paint in the clouds, I had my shoes! I dont think i'll do the insides of them. It may look too "busy". Opinions?

I'm not who I've become but who you made me into.

I love those! The artwork is very random and surealist.

These are UBERgreat!  I'm all about the tattoo look... plus sometimes white shoes call for some writing!  =)

Human rights are for EVERYONE.  Did you know that Aung San Suu Kyi had been released from house arrest in Burma? Many other prisoners of conscience are still being detained.  Please research this topic... Amnesty International needs your help.

Thank you for the positive feedback guys! So does anyone have a thought as to whether i should also draw on the insides of the shoes or leave it? (Not the inside inside, but the other side of the shoes. Right now out of 4 sides only the outer 2 are drawn on).

Thanks again!

I think you should not color the insides. They are so perfect as is, totally not 'over-done'. You have a great eye for design!
