Oh, thank you - you lot are so very sweet  Smiley

How long did they take you?

I can't really remember, I knit them ages ago as a gift for the lovely girl who models them (raining_dreams on here). About a week per glove, something like that. They go really quickly, and the pattern is somewhat addictive!

They are rather similar, aren't they? Knitty said that they weren't suitable for the style of the magazine.

Wow, I'm surprised that Knitty didn't accept the pattern. But that's ok - you know we all love it. I'm sure they get a million submissions and can't accept every one. But that just means we get the pattern quicker Cheesy

Sorry you didnt' get selected, Sad I know that feeling of hopefulness turning to disappointment when you get 'the call'.  Just so ya know, I think those totally ROCK and would love to wear them.  And your photography is fresh and artful.  Delightful!
Smiley
I'm sure you learned enough from the process, and better luck next time!   I'll be watching for your 'name in lights', so-to-speak.

These look great -- I especially like the sparkly bits at the top and bottom. It's unexpected and fun!
