It was pretty easy - I had never done it before.  I got the gist of it from a scarf in the happy hooker.  I think it was the one skein scarf... The green one with the scalloped edging.  It gave a nice girly touch to the blanket I thought. 

Twas brillig, and the slithy toves,
   Did gyre and gimble in the wabe:
All mimsy were the borogroves,
   And the mome raths outgrabe.

Lola is totally adorable.  The blanket is perfect.

One of my cairn's favorite playmates is a pug.  My 5 year old cairn plays every bit like a puppy with his pug friend Lychee.
