To create a paypal button, log in your account and click on Merchant Tools, then Buy Now Button in the PayPal Website Payments Standard header. Fill out the info, and you'll get a code to place on your page.

For the rest, pictures and all, just use your favorite blog software and paste the code as html, and make sure you try clicking it before promoting the page.
