I really love your bag.  I attempted to crochet using black plastic garbage bags.  (I was thinking "patent leather")  I was going to make a purse of some sort, but I got tired of cutting the bags, so I never finished.  I never thought to cut in a spiral.  That would've eliminated a lot of cutting.  Your bag has inspired me to try again.   Smiley

Purty! I agree, the first picture: I thought it had a sprinkling of rose petals!  Cheesy

lol, the part about "same dye lot" - so true...

I love this bag! I even have "yarn" all cut up that I was going to use to make a different bag, but now I think I'm going to have to try this one instead! One question, and sorry, 'cuz it's kind of a silly one, but how do you (and everyone else!) put the lining in? How to you measure how much fabric you need and then do you just hem it and then sew it in by hand somehow keeping it all neat and pretty looking? Sorry, I just learned how to crochet over New Year's from this book and my sewing experience is still in single digits of completed object!

Thanks much!
Bec.
