I am calling this tank "Liberal Bias". Overall I am pleased with how it came out, but there are a few things I would do differently if I did this again. First I would make the whole thing longer, it is a smidge short. I thought the cotton would grow slightly more than it actually did. And secondly I would put a purl ridge in for the rolled edge. But overall I think this came out pretty close to what I had in my mind.

This is the sketch I started with:

This is gorgeous! It's so flattering Smiley I think I'm going to have to pick up some of that shine sport for myself. Are you planning on writing up/selling the pattern?

Like the political slant. LOVE the bias knit shell. In blue state blue, no less.

Will there be a pattern? I hope!

That looks really fun to make for something with such a "simplistic" design, and it looks great on too Cheesy

We could learn a lot from crayons. Some are sharp, some are pretty and some are dull. Some have weird names, and all are different colors, but they all have to live in the same box.

I am in total agreement, I adore this top and would certainly buy a pattern. I'm into summer knitting at the moment in preparation for the British summer (shaping up well so far). Please keep us posted on the progress of any pattern write up.

Great job. Love love love it!
