I was terrified of cutting my hair short too, but I did my homework and thought about it for a longggg time. Then I went to my trusty hairdresser, and got her opinion on the whole thing.

And it turns out, I look like even more of a girl with short hair than I did with long hair, lol.

it should show up, but you probably won't look like a bright red crayon. you'll be able to tell it's red just by looking

Red color fades over time. I am a brunette. I have had red streaks twice in different ways. Once was a red/brown streaks, and the other more recent was deep red/purply/mahagony color. They bleached and then put on the color. Now that the red is gone due to not touching up and fading over time, the color is more like a light reddish brown. Once they add that red it will never be the original bleached out color it was. The pigment stays in the follicle at least a little. It may just turn like a strawberry blonde but won't be bleach blonde.

Ok I don't have a question about dyeing or cut I've done that enough on my own.. anyway I wanna keep my hair like I've done in these pictures

I have normally pretty straight hair, and to get it like this I put a frizz control on it when it was damp, air dried it/blow-dried and then I used a heat protective styling spray, so like hair spary stuff almost and curled each section with a 1in curling iron. After they cooled and set I took a normal plastic tipped hairbrush and comb through my hair. It stays for about 2-3 days if I don't get it wet, but I'd like an easier way to get this everyday.

Its not all curls though it goes from really light waves to almost straight at the top to loose soft curls at the ends. How do I go about doing this? and I'm not a big fan of back combing or teasing btw so I'd like to avoid that as much as possible
