This topic was started from the Show off your hair! And questions about hair styles! thread.  We split the topic so there would be a Discussion & Questions thread and a Completed Projects thread.

The old topic is locked, but feel free to browse through it!  Please don't repost your posts from that topic in this one.  The old topic will never expire. Smiley

Please post your questions regarding hair styles, dyeing, etc. here.

If you'd like to show of your Completed Project (hairstyle) go to this thread: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=163395.0

I'll go for the first question  Wink

I bleached my hair once, it's now orange.  I'm planning on bleaching some of it a bit more so I can dye pink or blue streaks into it.

How long should I wait before bleaching again?  My hair stayed healthy after the first time (I condition a lot and don't heat-style), so I don't want to ruin that.  I've heard a month is best... anyone have a different opinion?

Thanks in advance!

i used to have bleached hair and i did my roots once a month and my hair was fine. i used to do it 2 times a week though if i missed a spot or something or it seemed uneven. from what you said about how you take care of your hair you should be perfectly fine....and what you said about the conditioners is A+++ in taking care of your hair.

i think that you could pull off black, i think it would look really good with your light skin and blue eyes too.  what i'd like to know is if you think that i could ever pull off all bleach blonde...

i've been really wanting it short and super blonde for a long time now, but nearly everyone tells me not to do it.  so i've just been doing the underside of my bangs.  anyway, what are your thoughts?

well, i've had them for a year and a half so i just want to have a differnt hairstyle for a while and they get so hot in the summer and its not to fun when you go swimming at the lake and you have lake water and sand in your hair all day 'till you can get in the shower (it takes my hair like 2 days to dry!)
but your dreads are looking awsome ryepie Cheesy
why wont your 'rents let you get dreads BennettDavid Sad ? its your hair...
