Thanx Hotbettie, those r very help tips, I look at the special effects and i <3 the color and the fact that some of the colors glow under blacklight,but they are $15 bucks on the website i looked at and my mom would not buy me some thing that expensive, but the bleach kit she will buy, but she said i have 2 wait till winter because I go swimming alot and  my mom said that my hair would turn an ugly green, is there a way  to prevent that??

I've heard of shampoos that stop the chlorine from coloring your hair as long as you use it right after swimming. And I'm not sure about this (ask a hair dresser) but a red toner should cancel the green too. This is only if you want to have blond hair. Chlorine will strip whatever other color you want to put in. And if you have a salt water pool... I don't think they turn hair green but they strip color also.

Wow, a hair thread that makes me feel quite normal/plain
I've pinked up my hair for the last 3 or so years, the bottom half:


With blue in, but it fades really quickly so I haven't bothered much since:


It's naturally straight (pretty much pin-straight, much to the envy of friends who slave over straightners) but I occasionally curl it. It takes absolutely ages to do because of the length though, this took about an hour and was rushed as I had a party to get to:

i decided to post pics of my hair

so my natural color is brown, it used to be long, i cut it short (with sidebangs), dyed it black and then cut it short in the back (sorry i don't have pictures of those but lets start here:

if i comb it the other way you can only see purple, blue and green which is also cool.



next up: orange with red bangs, purple with red bangs.

i missed pink so much had  to do it again.. : D

pink again with my super cute boyfriend. my hair in the back was so long it took me about 45 mins in the morning to get it up, so i stopped doing it.

red! i am going to do this again after i do some other colors.. (orange, purple, pink).

cut myself some bangs! and it was dark green, not blue (stupid camera..)

My hair at the moment. It's never been longer than my shoulders, and whenever I let it grow long I don't feel like myself, but it changes a lot. Last semester alone it went from red and shoulder length to a chin length black bob to a sort of black Flock of Seagulls short do for Drag Ball to just a regular parted brown deal to a very short ash blonde (natural haircut!) almost buzzcut to its "natural state", short, red, and parted on the side.  Pardon the face, my dog was doing something odd.
