I'm in beauty school too! but I just started last monday and haven't done too much to my manikin yet. I really like your updos Smiley
is there any special procausions I should be taking with my manikin? I'm always scared I'm going to ruin her with all the combing and brushing etc.

So I am not sure if this counts but here are my dreads! They are 9 months old and were loosely backcombed.

I dont have pics of my hair around, although I just finished putting in cobalt-blue streaks on my elbow-length black hair.  But, I needed to take this opportunity to jump in and say to nat_attack: your pictures were like watching a television makeover!  Your whole face just looks so different with the shorter style, so cute!

Keep up the inspiring hair-work, ladies!  Grin

After not being able to get my hair cut for months, my split ends were getting terrible and my hair was not growing, annoying if you ask me...so I searched around the internet for what seemed like forever and found this great video on youtube I'll go find it in a little bit, my hair turned out great and it got rid of the asymmetrical bob that I had liked when it was short but was not too fond of anymore...I dont have a picture of the back but its pretty much the same all the way around and my hair is starting to grow again yay!
