Halloween 2004, brown with red.

October 2007ish, purpleish ontop with pink underneath. I totally loved this but my dark hair grows so quick it was a pain in the butt to keep!

lol. yea thats what my hair was like when it was a medium length. but yea my dad is like "mohawk? why?" and my mom said "but its so short?!" this from the woman who took my butchy lesbian sister to get her first man cut. she looked like harry potter for months. which is why my mom is scared of short hair. lol.

My hair has undergone a lot of abuse changes in the last year. It's been pink, red, blue, and now orange. Here's my newest color:



I used RAW Color in neon orange.

Then, for some crazy reason, I dyed it, red at the front, purple-red at the back:



I hated it. So I re-bleached it, and I got this fantastique pink-blonde colour:

Okay, first off, I love everybody's hair!  You guys are awesome.  But now I'm in need of some advice.  Come August, I'll be a college freshman, studying graphic design (yes, geeky and artsy!).  Soooo, the thing is, I want a new hairstyle.  I don't want it to be too ridiculous, because my mom is also a student at the same college (and is there five days a week, like me, and I don't want to frighten her, if we were to meet up for lunch). 

Here are some pics of me, from prom, graduation, and a regular pic.  I cut my bangs myself about 4 months ago, and they aren't seeming to want to grow.  I also want something that will be easy to take care of, as I will be on the go to classes all the time.  Please, any awesome suggestions are totally cool!  Thanks!

I love your bangs in the first photo and my vote would be to just cut the rest short! I don't know how you feel about short hair, but I think something like this:



would frame your face really nicely! You could also get it cut into harder angles and style it into vulcan hair when you felt like it.

Hmmm.  Very cute!  I like it a lot.  Short hair would be different, but hey, isn't college supposed to be about defining yourself!?   

Great thing about where I'm going to school is that there are 3 different hair salons within a 2 mile radius.

whatever you do, stay geeky!!  what i mean is, it took me until like age 26 to realize that was ok and i should just enjoy being a nerd.  it's nice when people figure that out earlier.

personally i enjoy having extra-short hair... my husband cuts it for me with his buzzcut machine, actually.  and then i cry.  but then by the next day i like it, especially in summer.

but really, go for whatever makes you comfortable.
