To de-stress during the exams, I fiddled with my nails and did some attempts at nail art. Being as obsessed with Tolkien's The Silmarillion as I am, that ended with Silm themed nails.
See for yourself
(apologies for the crappy pics)

Fanorian Nails

Inspired by Fanor (brilliant, insane elf with no common sense whatsoever) and his seven sons ("The Fanorians") who followed in his doomed-but-epic footsteps. A Fanorian star (the family device) on the thumbs, and a red nail with rhinestone for Fanor and each son.

Fingolfin's Device

This is the actual device:

Inspired by Fingolfin, Fanor's half-brother and opponent in pointless sibling rivalry. The device was done in dark blue, gold, red, silvery-blue and orange, the other nails in gold with a UV-responsive top coat. (The iridescence was beautiful)

Finrod's Device

Inspired by Finrod Felagund, eldest son of Finarfin, the youngest half-brother of Fanor and probably one of the most honorable, lovable, fundamentally good characters Tolkien ever wrote. (Basically, he's a goody-two-shoes but you can't help adoring him.)

Gil-Galad's Device

Inspired by the device of Ereinion Gil-Galad, son of who knows? (Possibly Fingon, possibly Orodreth, nobody knows because Tolkien was unclear about it), last High King of the Noldor in Exile before he died in the battle of the Last Alliance against Sauron.
