These cards were inspired by the Neil Gaiman book 'Coraline'
(http://tinyurl.com/37rxvg) which is a favorite of my 12 year old daughter and mine. It's a creepy story but the heroine is a very strong and resourceful young girl. She finds a door that leads to another side of her house which contains an alternate version of her family (and the world). Anyway, here is the first card closed:

Here it is open

Here is the second card

Oops, here they are together.

That looks like a creepy book!  Very well executed cards though, great work.

Beautiful, in a dark way.  Coraline is one of the many books on my must-read-someday list.

I've read the book and you really captured the haunting and creepy part of this story well, but in a good way!  Smiley

Fascinating cards that get me interested in the book.  I love the Harry Potter books and read the first book in the Unfortunate Events, but the darkness in that one made me cringe.  I actually only finished the book to see if it got positive by the end.  I won't be reading that series.

Coraline sounds interesting... I'll have to add it to my "to read" list.
