Communication is valuable in swaps. It’s important to chat with your swap partner, especially to say thank you. It’s also important to speak with the organizer if you have any questions whatsoever. I will try my best to answer and if I don’t know the answer, I will speak with a moderator who will! If an emergency situation comes up (hey, stuff happens) leave me a note. I do send out “reminder” PMs if you are late, so don’t take them as personal attacks—I didn’t know you broke your leg crafting (you gotta watch out for those extension cords)!
If I feel that from your past crafting experiences (i.e feedback) that you may be a bit behind with the communication, I may have your swap partner wait to send until they’ve received from you first.
A FEW STIPULATIONSMoving soon? Having financial trouble? Thesis to write? PLEASE, sort those craft-hindering events out before you swap. Think about your potential partner over your own desire to join this swap. And, hey, maybe ask about a second round instead.
Going to be out of town when the package arrives? Have a third party ready to pick up your package from the PO and send me a PM.
Don’t have a camera/camera fell off the bridge? Let your partner know beforehand so they can snap some shots of their crafts to put up in the gallery.

ABOUT THIS SWAPIt's round 3 of the successful Video Game Swap! You'll have about three weeks to craft for your partner around the video game theme, taking into account their likes and dislikes. You may have to research a little if you don't know about a certain game (Wikipedia is awesome for this).
WHAT TO CRAFT1 large item, 2 medium items, and 1 small item. Or you can mix n match depending upon what you and your partner agree upon:
