I received from I write plays yesterday!!!!!!!!!

It contains a BIG batch of scrapbook paper, with some really nice, nature-toned designs.

Here are some papers that i love:

Also she got me scrapbook letters in matching colours.

A Bust magazine, thank you so much!!!

And Candy. I already had some Wonka Nerds from Frogpuddle in my other package and I really liked them so  Cheesy. Huge sweet tards, I ate half of it. Reese's peanut butter cups, I will try them, but am a bit sceptical... And an Almond Joy bar, I think I'll enjoy it because I love Bounty too  Smiley

Thank you so much!!!!! Things like these make your day.

I received a fantastic package from nirauan and boy was I surprised!!!

The kids are adoring the Pingu and Postman Pat DVDs - thank the gods for a region free DVD player - you don't know how many hours of peace you have given me  Wink

And the mags and flyers and funky postcards are perfect for my papercrafts, and how did you know that I collect badges from the places I've been?  Now I have to go to Hull this spring when we go to the Midlands (DH's grands are in Nottingham and Worcester) in order to deserve it!

She totally spoiled me in the candy department - who would have thought that Galaxy's came in raspbery!  I am in heaven...

Thank you so much, it really reminds me of my life there.  (I'm trying to not devour the chocolate all at once, I'm savouring every memory)

militant pacifist - gorgeous paper! That must have cost a ton to post, too

bhean - Galaxy promises! That is the world's most delicious chocolate, except perhaps for flakes...

My other partner received last Tuesday so I thought I'd post a picture of what I sent.

I sent 8 balls of yarn (two were pure Australian wool - the greeny ones), ribbon, candy and tim tams.

I am happy that you like your package!
Can't remember if I wrote it on the card, but if you need any help deciphering the pattern instructions feel free to pm me. Though the instructions are a bit cryptic to begin with, seems like they assume you already know how to sew well.

I received my parcel from geeyouknit on saturday  Cheesy I love it! Thank you so much!!

Some Wool of the Andes in stunning colours - the deep cherry is just delicious! I'm collecting them for an intarsia jumper. And an Interweave Knits! US knitting magazines totally rock!

I'm so overwhelmed by these cookie cutters - Jami had asked me in a pm what knid of 'things' I like, and I was trying to guess what she could be sending - but these topped anything I coulda thought of! I had no idea that cookie cutters in all these shapes even existed - we are so deprived in the UK!

I made a tonne of cookies at the weekend - see more here http://www.flickr.com/photos/socherry/sets/72157600097401123/

...and as if that wasn't enough ....

I've never seen anything except white cupcake papers in the UK - a friend got some tinfoily ones from England, but other than that... These are so retro-licious! I'm going to be making cupcakes this coming weekend! And some funky sprinkles too.

Thank you so much Jami - you've really spoiled me!!!  Grin
