Store closing sale in Dallas

I hope this is an okay place to put this, but in case you are in the area the Hancock Fabrics on Marsh and Forest in Dallas is a couple of days away from closing so everything left is 70-80% off - they still had (as of yesterday) upholstery fabrics, plenty of buttons (which are .25 a packet) and some fashion fabrics.  At 3 bucks a yard for some upholstery fabric originally priced at 20 bucks a yard, this might be a good idea if you are looking for something in a specific weight and are open minded about the patterns.
Also, the Hancock on Midway and Trinity Mills is also closing - this one is still at the 30-50% off stage I think, but those are good as well.
