Crocheted this for my boyfriend..

I'm extra proud of it becuase its the first thing I've ever crocheted (besides a basic scarf or afghan) without following someone elses pattern Smiley

My boyfriend requested a Frylock and Meatwad to go with it, so there will be more pics soon..

Ooh, could you share the pattern?  I am new to crochet and everything I make w/o a pattern looks retarded. Well, even with the pattern it comes out wonky.  Anyway, awesome job on Shake.  I can't wait to see your Frylock and Meatwad! You should do a Carl, too! Then a Boxy Brown... Smiley

PS- If you highlight "http://www.craftster.org/pictures/showphoto.php?photo=75693" and click the icon on the post that looks like a picture, it will make it an image.
OR since you used the craftster picture hosting, it gives you the image insert that reads something like [ img ] then your link followed by more [ / img ].

But here's your pic anyway  Cheesy

Life isn't complete 'til you crochet a uterus for a friend.  Just make sure your fallopian tubes point down and not up! No one needs to lose an eye this way! Wink

Thanks everyone Smiley

spurtiic - It said I couldn't use the [ img ] thing because I had to make 10 posts to the board first to prove that I'm not spamming... but thanks for posting the pic for me Smiley I planned on eventually making a boxy brown eventually too.. but Carl... I dunno if I could figure out a pattern for him...

I tried writting down what I did as I went along, but I'm not sure how accurate it is now.. I'll look over it again and try to post a pattern..

I've been trying to figure out a frylock pattern...cant quite decide how to do it tho...
My plan is to make just the empty french fry box, then crochet little french fries to go in it (its going to take forever!)
Can't figure out the box tho.. should i do it the same as Shake - one solid piece, but in an oval shape (and if so, how do i do that?) or make each side of the box separate and piece them together after?
Any suggestions?

Hi.....I still just love your Master Shake...I think I've already gushed on and on about it.   Cheesy   But I stumbled across a photo of all three characters done in crochet I think on craftgrrl.  I think she said that she crocheted around drinking straws for the fries?  I think that's right anyway.  If you want, I can try to find you the link.  I need to get on that ATHF crochet....just too awesome for words. That is AWESOME!  I love ATHF, but no one around here seems to get it Sad

If you do make a pattern of Frylock, let me know!

Can't wait to see the rest of the gang.  Meatwad is definitely my favorite!

I overheard a couple of kids in homeroom (I teach 7th grade) talking about ATHF, and I logged onto Craftster to show them Master Shake! I also showed them the Meatwad hat that someone made somewhere on Craftster, and they liked that, too! They were pretty impressed that I knew what it was, and think I should make a Master Shake for my desk.

I just wanted to say your Master Shake inspired me to make my own...but my forgetfulness made me not take a picture before I gave it to my friend for his birthday.  I'll have to get a photo next time I go and visit. Smiley
I didn't write up a pattern, but I could probably.  I just got a cup from a fast food place...crocheted a circle the same size as the bottom of the cup, then single crocheted around until it was as tall as I wanted...the last 6 rows or so I increased gradually.  The lid I did the same thing for...just made a circle the right size and single crocheted to make the lip of the cup.  I used a bendy straw and covered it in glue and wrapped pink yarn around it and let it dry...added eyes and hands out of felt and embroidered the rest on with black yarn.    I hope this makes sense.
I'm so proud!  Cheesy  It turned out cute I thought, I can't wait to start meatwad and frylock.....if anyone knows of an image of the back of frylock...let me know, I can't remember what his diamond things looks like exactly. Smiley
