If you would rather do a blog-KAL, I just created a HP KAL blog, and if anyone wants to join, to be able to post on it, just PM me with your e-mail address and I'll add you.  Grin

The rest of my Harry Potter knits have been sent out.  You can check out the pics here: http://usera.imagecave.com/j4782/WIP/.  My version of Dobby's socks, and a Slytherin entrelac scarf, lined with fleece.  The scarf took me over a month because I'm picky and decided I didn't like it on big needles.  Tongue  The fleece was attached by handsewing  because I discovered I didn't have the correct bobbin for my machine at the time.  Embarrassed

They're playing HP movies again! Smiley For Halloween, I'm dressing up as Cho Chang, so naturally I need either a Ravenclaw tie or scarf (no telling if it'll be warm or cold on Halloween). For the tie, I'm using a free knitpicks pattern.

It's a quick knit on worsted weight & US3s! Progress since last night. Smiley I'm weaving in the light gray behind with this technique http://sockpr0n.blogspot.com/2006/10/how-to-weave-in-ends-while-knitting.html.
I cast on fewer sts because it's too wide at that gauge otherwise.  This will be backed in fabric.  In it's natural state, it's an odd curled tube.

The dragon pattern is based on Aussie Jean's Dorina Dragon pattern found at http://home.alphalink.com.au/~woodsy/dragonpattern.htm for a very reasonable price (it's practically a steal!).

Thanks! Cheesy Actually I do post in the Knitting FOs section; it's in a single thread because I'm lazy like that. Tongue The finished red dragon is posted on the Dragon swap gallery because that's what I made it for (had to keep quiet until she received, ya know).
