You did a great job on the bunny! It looks a lot like the original. I'm very impressed. Smiley

Could I be a pain in the bumm and ask a favour?  Can you take a close-up picture of the face... since you did such a great job, I would like mine to come out as close to yours as possible Smiley
I don't have the bunny anymore, but I had a larger pic of the face. I'll just post the link so craftster won't resize the pic. I sharpened/brightened it a bit so the stitches would be more apparent. I didn't embroider the whole eye, rather I just did the edges of a felt circle, doing the whole thing was just too bulky. Thanks for saying I did a great job, honestly though, I can't embroider worth a darn, honestly, heh. Gluing the felt down first really helps, I didn't on the first rabbit I made, and the nose ended up crooked. Here's the pic of the face: http://img259.imageshack.us/img259/2658/bunnyfaceiu8.jpg

I don't mind at all! I can't claim originality for the design anyways, it was Booip's bunny that inspired me to make mine  Smiley I think crafty inspiration is a wonderful thing, keep the crafty inspiration flowing!

Here is my homage to the lavender bunny.  Mine is in mint green and is also for a baby.

I wasn't feeling imaginative so I pretty much just copied the face...

The only thing the original was missing - a cute fluffy tail!

Thanks for the pattern Rheatheylia!  I think it would make a marvellous alien if you used the right colours and swapped the ears for spirals or antennae.
