...I think I could make one of those...

I've been really bad lately and haven't been posting anything I've been making. This is a bunny I made for a couple who recently had a baby in my Sunday school class. Actually I made two, a pink one first, and then after learning that their older daughter (3 I think) loves bunnies, I made one for her too (this one). I finished the pink one right before class, so I forgot to take pictures of it, looks basically the same though.
The design was inspired by a post by another craftster, but i didn't feel like buying a Japanese pattern book, then waiting for it to arrive, so I just made my own.
Sorry for the ridiculously long preamble, so without further ado, pics!

Edit: Finally fixed the row counts! Plus I have a new website (thanks to my husband)

Thanks guys! I used simply soft, I'm addicted to that stuff, so soft and shiny. It used a 7oz. skein with quite a bit left over, 5oz. is enough.  I wrote down the pattern as I went, not sure if all the instructions are right though, heh, I think a couple of my counts are off.

Actually I do have a pattern, it's not very well done, and I need to do some editing on the numbers, but I'll post it as soon as I track down the corrections I made and fix it.
The yarn is simply soft in "Orchid" it's a lovely shade of purple, I kinda got attached to the little guy, it was hard not to be selfish and keep him, heh.  Wink

Wow, it's adorable!  It was very generous of you to give it away instead of keeping it for yourself Smiley
