http://web.archive.org/web/20041016002549/jgibson.cts.com/knitting/soxform.htm is what I used. I tried the knitty one but had to actually scroll up and then down for every stitch i did because I could not recognise a pattern. It was bizzare.

The Knitty magic caston is ALL I've ever used for toe up socks.  It's brilliant.
