Any fans of Roswell out there?
I'm thinking of going as Liz this year..I need some silver paint (for the hand print) and a pattern to make the crashdown uniform. anyone know where I can get the latter?
Or can you suggest something simpler?

not the best photo but I've been looking for ages to find one. Sad
there is also a silver apron in the shape of an alien face (the eyes are pockets)

I was going to be liz too. I found a pattern for a waitress dress and was going to free style the apron. Man I love that show.

i know that this is way way past 2005 (when the post was originally done) but I wanted to say that my BF and I went as Liz and Maria in 2000.

I used housekeeping uniforms that I found at a wholesale Uniform shop in my area and then modified it with silver lame fabric.  Sadly that seems to be the only pic I have right now.  We won for best costume at one of the bars we went to.

good times.

Don't feel bad, hard core Roswellians (such as myself). Those are fantastic, I saved them to my pictures folder. Great job!
Could you explain how you did the crashdown crowns? Also any hints on the wonderful alien aprons. Thanks!!
