I always keep missing the knitting swaps so I'm determined to get in on one, even if it means organising myself. Although I did nick the idea from a friend of mine Wink

A number of items or dollar amount is set and a goodie bag filled according to that. It can be yarn, books, patterns, needles, hooks, accessories, lotion, chocolate (we all know it's vital to the creative process Grin)

i love this idea! setting a dollar value is also a great idea so that no one gets carried away (for instance, me!)

this sounds good. it could help me pass on some "love" and share my yarn stash with someone.

stitchmarkers (a new addiction of mine), yarn, one skein patterns, hand-made knitting needles, tape measure, needle roll,

oh oh, stitch-counting bracelet (so awsome)

we can also add knit-themed items... like a pin, magnet, t-shirt, pendant

i'm soooo in

This is such a good idea!

I'm kinda tapped out for April.  (I'm participating in 3 swaps, considering a fourth, I work full-time, and I need some time to craft for myself!)  But if signups are in the late April / early May timeframe, I'm in.  This might be a good opportunity for me to learn to crochet.

I love this idea, but summatives will be rolling in during May and then exams...
If there's a round 2 (in the summer?) I'll be in!

I probably wouldn't start the swap until early May seen as I'm a bit all swapped out at the moment myself. I could put long dates on it though so those of us with exams and things could still take part.
