Swap Organizer himself/herself meets these conditions:
- Has fully read the Swap Info Guide: YES
- Has successfully completed two swaps as a participant: YES
- Is not organizing more than three swaps right now: YES
- Will recruit a co-organizer or give all details to a Swap Moderator if this swap has more than 25 participants: YES

Swap Organizer will check each participant to make sure they meet these conditions:
- Has been a member for at least one month: YES
- Has posted at least 15 times: YES
- Has completed at least one swap successfully before signing up for more: YES
- Is not currently signed up for more than five swaps: YES

---Sign up on Saturday,April 14th from 6pm-11:59pmEST.  Please do not sign up before or after this time.
---You will recieve your partner no later than 12:30amEST Sunday morning
---You have all day Sunday to craft.
---You will ONE SMALL item.
---Please contact your partner immediatly to discuss sending extras in the package.
---You MUST send your package out on Monday, April 16th by 6pm and PM me with the DC number.  If you don't think you will be able to send by then, please do not sign up for the swap.  Also, if you for any reason are going to have to send late, PM me by 6pm on Monday and let me know.

Yup.  I would say anything that takes less than 2 hours is usually considered "small."

Its really up to you and your partner...I would consider earrings to be small (and very cool) because I have no idea how to make them or how much time they take.  I just dont want people to have to spend tons and tons of hours crafting, since it is such a short swap.

I'm considering doing this. I really love small swaps. I'm just worried about what the guy will say when I tell him. I swore off swaps for a while only last night. 

Would anyone be interested in receiving a zippered pouch with felt applique? They usually take 2-4 hours each. Check my profile for pics... or little felted animal pins that you could attach to your bookbag/purse/sweater? I could probably make 2 - 4 of those in 2 hours.

On the receiving end: I really want some fabric headbands!
