The artwork, I suppose.  I'd be providing someone with a certain number of images for them to use on their products.

You can basically price them at whatever price you decide you can live with.

I pretty much charge an hourly rate and then decide how much will it take to let go of my new, favorite graphics. In my business, love is for sale!

If you'll be doing this on a regular basis, you might just want to set up a pricing schedule. What's your hourly (I wouldn't go less than $25 per hour), plus the cost of handing over the final copyrights. Put that into an estimate of the total cost and get 50% up front to avoid speculative deals ("oh - we decided we don't want the graphics after all! We haven't paid anything, so no harm done!" Then they steal your ideas. No, it hasn't happened to me personally.)

If you can't/won't charge hourly, make sure you get a decent amount of money as a lump deal, and get 50% of whatever the agreed-upon with a contract detailing what happens if they decide to back out for whatever reason, or how much it will cost for tweaks and adjustments once the graphics are done.

Retain the copyrights to show the work for marketing/advertising purposes or to show them on your website or portfolio.
