I tend to collect food wrappers and I have tons of those little paper things from Hershey Kisses [the ones that say KISSES a bunch of times in blue] and I was thinking about what the hell to do with them =\. They're really thin and long and could rip easily, so I'm not sure if it would be a good idea to make a purse or bracelet. Any ideas would help ;] Thanks a bunch!

You could try gluing them to a box or something - or onto a stiffer kind of paper, laminate it and make a bracelet...

Depending on how many you have, you could use them in lieu of tissue paper for packaging small presents.
