This is based 'loosely' on the Sweet Pea cardigan pattern.  Well, truthfully.. only in the fact that it has a 'side closure' and I did use the open stitch pattern on the bottom ribbed area.  Everything else- is totally changed.

The yarn is 100% wool- machine washable and very soft.

oh, aren't these bunnies cute? Cool

Well, I bought the yarn where I live (Korea) and it is imported from somewhere.. since, the label is all in ENGLISH.  Lots of the yarns here are from: Australia, New Zealand, Spain and Turkey along w/ a few other countries.  I looked again on the label and there is nothing to indicate the country of orgin- which is the first time that that information hasn't been on a label.  The brand name is: E-LIZA

I just fell in love w/ the colors too and thought it would be perfect for a baby boy cardigan.   Roll Eyes

Thanks everyone!  I can't wait to give it to the 'mom to be'... she knows how to knit- but, only things like hats and scarves.  So, I know that she'll appreciate it.  I also made it large enough to fit next year so the baby won't grow out of it too soon.   Smiley
