Are you, uhh, killing the spiders for the purpose of art? Huh Or are you just using the sheddings and dead spiders that you find?

I've thought of doing that with sheddings and things that I find but I'd never want to kill something to turn it into art. I have a friend who has a centipede - the last few times its molted I've told him to save it so he can put it in resin to make a paper weight or something. :p

Craftydeb, those spiders are amazing!  Great job!!  I think it would make a fab pendant!!

With the all resin and embroidery projects I can see my monks moving further and further down your list.  LOL.  Lana is wearing out the green monkey.   I think I'll be needing a replacement soon.  I better get cracking on some dinos and rockets projects for your sons to see if I can't tempt you.  Smiley

craftydeb, I those spider resin casting things are so amazingly gross/wonderful.  I cannot stand bugs or spiders and yet, for some reason, I am drawn to those.  I love them and I'm disgusted by them at the same time!  I can't help but keep scrolling the page back to them.

Since I was unable to join the April Affair (IYP 6), bonbonz101 and I did a personal swap. Smiley  This is the awesomeness I got from her a couple days ago!

It's an altered book kit!!! Whee! Grin  There's a book to alter, foam brushes, a glue stick, some craft foam sheets, alphabet rubber stamps, stickers, rub-ons, some paper ephemera, and fabric pieces! Also, she included an altoid tin to alter and a great measuring tape pin!

And last but not least, a pouch made with a very cool fabric and 3 springtime ATCs. Grin  I love that little pouch...*sigh* Cheesy

**Thank you so much, bonbonz!!! This was/is a great package!**

Teeisme and I love Primitive art so we did a personal Prim swap of 1 large item and 3 ATC's. Tee sent me the best crow, pretending to be a stork-LOL , 3 cards and was a sweetheart by sending me some prim and folk fabric pieces!

the crow is what they call a "make do" in the prim art world-these are very popular right now-(see ebay:). My husband adored it so much he comandered for his office!

Thank you Tee you are a sweetie!

The crow on my messy craft table-see the baby and the "special delivery" sign?

the cards and fabric-yes the fabric is supposed to look stained Grin Grin Grin

Hooray for the personal swap gallery!

I received some really pretty dresses for my Blythe doll from atsuko - THANK YOU!!!! We agreed that she would send me 2 dresses for one skein of homespun but she surprised me with FOUR!  Shocked

In action, pensive:

Thank you atsuko - they are all beautiful and so well-made. I love them!  Smiley
