I swapped with Samsara and she sent me -
some lovely beaded stitch markers. Now I have to cast on some insanely complicated lace or cable pattern just to do them justice. And they even match the pink bag I keep my knitting accessories in!

A huge box of goodies from home (England) - I'll be spending this evening eating crisp butties, reading tacky magazines and listening to Lemon Jelly Smiley

Thanks Samsara!

Glad you liked it all! Sometimes, nothing beats trashy magazines, chocolate, crisps and great music! And if anyone's wondering, the 'odd' stitch marker is for counting rows!   Wink

makes perfect sense - 1 type to mark the sections, the 1 different one to mark the end of each round - well thought out (makes a note to self, must make 1 different when i do sets of these)

Ooh, lovely stuff ladies!!  You did a nice job on the dragon, Chrissie.  MarjorieCrochets made Lana the entire cast from Dragontales.  I love those dragons!!

HyakuYenKnitter, I hope you can squeeze me into your swapping schedule.  Smiley

Reethi and I arranged a swap: I knitted her some wool socks, and she sent me a tote bag and some african fabrics.

Here is what she sent:

The tote bag is so luxurious in colour and feel, and I love the batiks! I can't wait to work with them Smiley  Thank you again, reethi.

IamSusie and I had an Easter themed personal swap. She sent me tons of little goodies. I feel totally spoiled. Here's a picture of all the loot, which includes: buttons, bunny confetti, four crocheted eggs, four felt envelopes with appliques, six little tiny stuffies that double as pins, and one pull-cord bag. Everything is freaking cute!!

The whole package:

Close-up on the stuffies (including one she made to look like my kitten Coco!)

Crocheted eggs: I was so happy to get these because I had mixed feeling about dyeing this year. Not to mention they are adorable and you can hide treats inside (which Susie did).

Thanks so much for the package, IamSusie! I love everything. Cheesy

Those crochet eggs are so cool! Is there a plastic egg inside, like it's an egg cozy?

Yes! They are crocheted over plastic eggs -- which you can open up and hide surprises inside. IamSusie had all the little animals tucked inside them. Cheesy

I'm glad that you like the little crocheted guy xladyluckx.  Has he got a name yet?

I will hopefully get the pictures up tonight of the great record art that you sent to me.  Sorry it's taking so long!

OK, sorry ladies for the delay in posting pics...here are pics from 2 personal swaps I did:

First is a swap with catsjewerly, I sent her the posted dragon and she sent me this sewing pouch & enclosed a note pad:
Opened~ The right side is set up so that I can insert my crochet hooks into the slots to keep me organized!

Great Job catsjewerly, I can't wait to load my goodies into it!

Second was a swap with JennJenn, I sent her a purple lipstick cozy which I hopes she posts and she sent me these lovely stitch markers:

This was the kick in the butt I needed to learn how to knit, I can't let these beauties sit without any use!
Thanks JennJenn, they are awesome!!
