So, my bf is obsessed with the evil overlord list. I'm taking the list and making it into a small book along with a guide on how to take over the world in 10 easy steps and how to make enemies. I've also made several guides on being an evil minion, you know, for his followers and so on.

I'll be making a notebook with various starting ideas on running an evil empire, it'll include some "timesheets" for his soldiers so he knows when they wander away from work for the evening, some maps of various countries, and a shopping catalogues because evil overlords gotta buy their dooms day devices and sharks for motes somewhere.  Grin

But, I wanna include some other things. Thought about a cloak of some kind with a note telling him to only wear it for special events (because we all know that when involved with the hero, a cloak can do more harm than good when in battle). Any other ideas?

That is an awsome gift idea!

How about creating coins with his likeness on them, evil overlord business cards, a patch or ring with an evil overlord insignia, a vial marked "poison" and goblet (for dinners with the 'hero'), an old key marked "master key" or propaganda posters.

Wheee! What fun!

and a monacle!

I'm loving the monacle idea. It sort of goes with his other obsession with what he calls "fancy". He has this theory that if he walks around in a top hat and a monacle, he's instantly "fancy" no matter what he's doing or wearing. Talking like a "gentleman" is key in this, british accent is needed too.
