Might I recommend doing a quick google search for methods of transferring vintage patterns? Nothing specific immediately jumps to mind, but I know there are many boards and sites with specific methods depending on the age and wear of your patterns. Heck, I have a pattern from 1931 that I hope to scan and transfer to the internet at some point. The Costumer's Manifesto will certainly have something.
