Craft Challenge #18 - Felt Inanimate Objects - Due May 1 - May 6 2007

Who doesn't love felt?! It's so fuzzy and vibrant and often so cheap! This challenge calls for you to recreate the likeness of any inanimate object out of sheets of acrylic felt or pieces of store-bought wool felt.

You can glue, sew, stuff with stuffing, or do anything you want. Just think of any inanimate you want to recreate and make sure the end result is made primarily of felt.

(I know there's lots of great things that could be done here with needle felting or felted knitted items but I think it will be more interesting to narrow this challenge to pre-bought acrylic or wool felt.)

Official Rules:

• Post your craft during the period of May 1 - May 6 2007. No sooner. No later. On May 1 there will be a special folder created for entries.
• Voting will happen from May 6 - May 12 2007.
• Each participant can enter ONE project although there can be multiple parts to you project.

Originality:

It's probably impossible to know whether your project is 100% original and has never been posted on Craftster or made by anyone else in the past.  But if your project was definitely inspired by something you've seen before, then just give credit to that project.

Prizes:

At the end, I'll set up a poll right here and the first prize winner will get:

(1) their project in the Featured Projects area
(2) their project in the Craftster Blog
