I am so glad the pincushion tin arrived in one piece, I was a little worried about it. Of course, I used a big enough box to mail it in! LOL. I got the images for the magnets from articusstudiodesign .com. They came on heavy cardstock and I cut them out and glued them onto magnets. They also have great stuff for microscope slide necklaces and atc's.

So I got my other tin from redheadskydiver yesterday, but I found the time to post pics today!  Phew!!

Obviously, she went with a Hello Kitty theme.

Here is the outside...



and this here is the inside, look closely and you can see HK blowin' Pochacco away.  Freakin' cool!!!  I love it!!

there's HK stickers, earrings, two magnets, some stitch markers-one is a cute 'lil hummingbird, and a foam flower stamp.

Thanks for everything, I love it all!!  Even violent HK, it's so me!

I received a FANTASTIC tin from burstandbloom today! It somehow magically appeared on my kitchen counter, not sure how it got there since I got the mail today...
Anyway, I love it, and will post pics shortly!

Here are the pictures!! I've decided getting these posted is just going to have to take priority over writing my paper.

Burstnbloom sent an awesome tin, using my Eleanor of Aquitaine theme. I love history, especially medieval Europe, and she is my favorite. E.L. Konisburg wrote a book about her (fiction) called "A Proud Taste for Scarlet and Miniver", and it is probably one of my top 10 favorite books ever. I'm a big reader, so I have many favorites:) I've read it at least 30 times though, I got it when I was about 12.

So, she made me a jewelry box tin with jewelry Eleanor would have worn, and it's all awesome. She said it's her first jewelry making experience, and I'm very impressed. I'm even more impressed that the package made it in about a day, since we're only a four hour drive from each other.

Here is the tin, covered in a beautiful microsuede feeling fabric with a picture of Eleanor; a necklace with another picture of her; a cross necklace with some beading and a wireworked cross; a book mark with pretty silver scolls; and a gold and pearl bead bracelet.

She also sent some paisley stuff (I love paisley!)- paisley paper, awesome paisley tags and a little fold up book that has a paisley back, and then has the same pictures of Eleanor that are on the tin and necklace.
