This is the Sweet Pea Shawl from the Happy Hooker. I left off the fringe and I think I like it better without it. This shawl went pretty fast, and I like the pattern because you really cant see the mistakes I made!
I used some recycled yarn from an old sweater. Its cotton/wool/something else.

Very nice! I had a really hard time with this one at first. Ugh. I still have a half-finished Sweet Pea in my WIP bag. Great Work Cheesy

It looks great.  Mine is almost done.  I'm not sure if I will add the fringe or not...

Thanks for the comments everybody... I wore my shawl for the first time to work today and got lots of compliments. I'm still not totally sure about the fringe, but its going to stay fringe-less for now because its no work.  Wink

I really like the green. I am working on one right now in a wine color. I also agree that it hides mistakes well. I can't wait to finish mine. I'm getting to the shorter rows, so it should start working up faster! I hope anyway, this will only be the second thing I have ever finished in crochet.

It looks great! Just wanted to chime in and say I like it without the fringe too.
