aw thanks for the compliments! Props to my mom for the watermelon bowls, she's been making them for a few years now and I snagged the idea after finding some wooden bowls at the thrift store. I must admit I was pleased with how the dragonfly/whisk turned out, I couldn't resist trying!

I'm glad you liked everything kelly and thanks for taking photos, I forgot!

Big brownie points for creativity for the dragonfly... that is so cool

AND burts bees poison ivy soap, that stuff saves me from swelling up like a big tomato every summer

Everything looks great, its amazing what you can come up with from things you may normally trow out.

Wow, this is one of the best swaps I've seen.  I wish I was in it.  I love the dragonfly whisk and the bookmark with a beaded tassel, but everything is so awesome (and doubly so for being eco-friendly).  Well done guys!

You're welcome once more. And I would definitely be into participating in (or even possibly organizing) another recycling sort of swap!

awesome creations everyone! I received my earthy package from Krafty_Kelly today! It's awesome and I certainly appreciate all the time you must have spent on it.

I'm going on a 2 month long bike trip in a couple weeks with an environmental group called "The Otesha Project" and we'll be giving presentations to school children on the environment and how we can make better choices to help save our earth and Krafty_Kelly treated me with some great things to bring with me!

She made a crocheted "magic bag" made from recycled cotton for the cover and recycled fabric for the bag itself

A crocheted water bottle holder which my water bottle was promptly placed in.

A crocheted backpack which has been designated the library book bag.

As well as canvas shopping bag from a local grocery store.

All awesome and made with great materials!

Oh! She also sent me a demo cd of her daughter's band who are called "whisper me pretty". Great music!

Thanks so much for the awesome swap and I'm all for another one after my bike adventure.

Kelly where did you get the water bottle holder pattern it looks just like the one I have on my blog?

coming in here to see all the enviro-friendly crafty goodies makes me feel so good about people. I live in the city so I get to see all the "lovely" effects of people not taking care of the earth, its nice to see people who do care.

Interloper here, just perusing the fantastic gallery Cheesy Everything is wonderful, and very inspiring, but I just have to say that I love your "raggy scrappy place mats" retro_redux!
