Its beautiful, I love big skirts! Cheesy

My thoughts for getting it to stay up easier:
-I've had success with my skirts using wider elastic that is stiff, non roll, typically I use a minimum of 1 1/2" wide (I buy mine from Joann's).
-You could also try making it a tie skirt to help keep it tighter at the waist so that the fabric can not pull it down so easily. I have worn a few gypsy skirts that are done this way.
-Also a wide belt would help and be fashionable as well.
