And my roomy rounder bag is still sitting in the corner, thinking about what it did!

Maybe this weekend I'll un-ground it, and try again.

But, I'm also planning to make a bag out of neck ties, so the roomy rounder bag may ultimately have to continue with its time out.

oooh is that what you do when your sewing doesn't behave as it should?  Send it to the corner until it learns its lesson?  Grin Great idea!  You guys are so wise!

Thanks for helping with the pictures Alison! I think you should be able to see everything now!

All of the purses look great so far - you guys have really kept me inspired to try something new.  And, with all of the re-using you do, I decided to go to the thrift store and purchase some material.

So, without further ado... my very first bag (Jordy style of course)

From this:

To this:

And here's the inside with a little pocket!

I am really quite happy with the way it turned out. There are some problems, but it was my first attempt, so I expected it.  Thanks again for the inspiration.

I posted this on another thread... but I was procrastinating homework this weekend (really procrastinating, more than usual..) and ended up with 3 new purses. Yea... anyway... here they are: (a jordy, a hobo, and a mini ruffle... all from tutorials here on craftster).

HELP. I know that my pictures are not showing up.  I have them hosted here on craftster.  I have http://www.craftster.org/pictures/showphoto.php?photo=838 in between the img tags.  Could someone please let me know what I am doing wrong so you can see my purse.  THANKS.

the text you have between the tags is wrong.  if you go to your page http://www.craftster.org/pictures/showphoto.php?photo=838, at the bottom there is the UBB Code with the IMG Tags with this link http://www.craftster.org/pictures/data/500/10470bag1.jpg  you should just copy that whole line to add the pictures.
