It took me a loooooong time, but i finally figured out how to put a zipper into a purse in a way that looks good and actually works. 

I made the beige purse for my mom. I like the navy, red and white one better. I still have lots of that fabric left, so I'm going to make a larger purse with it and put some pockets inside. Smiley

Great design! I especially like the one on the left, I'm sucker for big patterns.  Did you use a tute or anything for figuring out the zipper?

nice bags. I  don't usually have a problem with my bag, Friday it fell on the floor while I was at the vet's with my cats and everything, I mean everything fell out all over the floor. If I had of put a zipper in it I wouldn't have been crawling all over picking up crap.

Please please do a zipper tute..I have the same problem you did..I have a problem when lining is used and a zip is needed...I would be forvever grateful!!!
