after wearing my first (beloved and undocumented) version of this skirt literally to rags i've finally started making more of them...out of a much sturdier twill for good measure.

it's my own pattern, an attempt at a punk skirt that was also super-feminine... a cute fitted pencil skirt with an apron-like front panel anchored on with big D-rings. it has a little pleated edge, mini scalloped lace accents, and what i guess i should call a cell phone pocket since this is what i always end up putting in it.  Smiley

all i have at the moment is black, but i have dreams of a light gray one with big black lace trim! what do you think?

I absolutely love the design! It looks great with the belt, as well, and it's super flattering Smiley

Good work! Very professional job.

It looks really nice. It has just enough details to be really pretty and interesting, but it's not over done. I feel all inspired now.

Stop being so damned positive. Staring at the sun only blinds some one. By only looking at the positive, you miss an entire beautiful world of shadows and colors. Don't be overly negative, be realistic. The world is so much more complex and beautiful that way.
