I've just finished baking these and they are super yummy!
I've just used my basic chocolate chip muffin recipe (see below) and then added a Rolo in the middle of the mixture before baking.
Lovely and gooey when eaten hot with cream and a lovely suprise centre when eaten cold!

Enjoy!

Chocolate Chip Muffins:

6oz self raising flour
6oz granulated sugar
2oz cocoa powder
1 packet choc chips
shake cinnamon
5 fluid oz milk
5 fluid oz vegetable oil
1 egg
