ever had it?
everyone i've asked claims to never even have heard of the stuff.
the fiance bought some at albertsons for me, i hadn't heard of it either, but damn is it good (and cheap)!

i made garlic parmasean grilled cheese with it! (which you make like a regular grilled cheese, but every time you flip it, sprinkle garlic powder and parmasean cheese over the bread so it all melts in!)

anyone got any other neato grilled cheese ideas?

I eat potato bread nearly ever day.
It is lovely.

I like to put canned mushrooms in my grilled cheese.
Then I dip the whole thing in ketchup.

Ya I love to eat potato bread. I remembered when I was having chicken pox, there were alot of things that my parents forbade me to eat. So I kinda lived off potato bread and porridge.

OMG... Potato Bread is the best! But here, I've only found one brand that makes it, and it's not the cheapest. But it's soooo good! (Potato Bread, and Sourdough Bread are my favorites!!!)

Grilled cheese idea - Use swiss cheese and add a marinated roated red pepper in with the cheese, just let it drip off so its not soggy! yum!

I also do a "pizza" grilled cheese with mozzarella cheese and small ammount pasta sauce. Sprinkle oregano and basil on the buttered bread. More sauce on the side for dipping.

Melted cheese - how can it be bad? Grin

I love potato bread and prefer it over others. Maybe it's the actual brand, but the bread just seems to hold up better than others. Has a better flavor too. It makes great homemade croutons!
